Matthew is the current president of ICONIC Communities Corporation that has been passed down through generations. He inherited this responsibility from his father, who, in turn, inherited it from Matthew’s grandfather. Matthew is responsible for strategic planning, making crucial decisions about land acquisition, design, and construction, as well as managing the overall operations of the company. He must balance the traditions and values instilled by his father and grandfather with innovation and adaptation to meet the evolving needs and desires of homeowners in the present day. Matthew’s role as president requires him to possess a deep understanding of the real estate market, construction practices, and architectural trends.
